Rates are for 2 persons per Standard Room maximum or 2 - 4 persons per Superior Room and are subject to a 13% state and local tax. A $25.00 surcharge is added for extra (more than two) persons per room at the Christopher Dodge House Inn.

Minimum Stay Policy - A two night minimum stay is generally required for high season weekends and holidays or Special Events. Exceptions can be made if there is availability on short notice. Please call to check.

Deposit Policy - Prepayment in full is required for all weekend reservations and all Special Events. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of more than 3 days. Major credit cards may be used for deposits at the time of booking. The advance deposit guarantees the entire period reserved. Written confirmation will be e-mailed upon booking a reservation. Any balance due is payable at check-in.

Cancellation Policy - Deposits for reservations cancelled with 7 days notice (30 days for bookings of 7 nights or more, Special Events, Holidays, etc.) prior to the arrival date are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee per room. Deposits and balances for reservations cancelled or changed less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be forfeited unless the entire reservation can be resold, less a 10% rebooking fee of the entire booking. No-shows will forfeit entire deposit unless the entire reservation can be resold.

Children are welcome at our inns; parental discretion is advised.

Pets – We do not allow pets at the inns.

Smoking is not permitted within the inns for reasons of health and safety for all of our Guests and Staff. However, we do provide certain areas on the premises where smoking is permitted. Please ask a staff member for information regarding those areas.

Arrival Time - We request that guests attempt to arrive at the Inn prior to 9:30 PM before the front desk closes. Please notify us if a late arrival is unavoidable so that arrangements may be made for a Late Check-In. Check-in is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM the following morning.

PLEASE NOTE: All check-ins for both inns must register at the Christopher Dodge House Inn Office at 11 West Park Street. See our “Directions”” link on the home page.

Parking - Complimentary off-street parking is available at both inns. Garages are available at Christopher Dodge House Inn for a $5.00 daily fee.

Room Amenities: All guest rooms have private baths, Cable TV, AM-FM clock radios, high speed wireless internet, a work desk, desk telephone with dataport, 3 speed ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

Additional amenity: Guests have the complimentary use of the nearby Foundry Sports Medicine & Fitness Center; only a two minute walk from the inns.
